The University offers several opportunities for staff to be recognized for outstanding performance and contributions to the SMU community.

Managers and colleagues are encouraged to nominate outstanding staff members for any of these applicable awards. Simply nominating someone is a way to provide recognition and gives us an opportunity to show appreciation for exceptional work. These programs are offered at different times throughout the year.
