Ryan Cross currently works at American Airlines in corporate finance. As a member of the fleet planning team, he helps manage the world's largest commercial airline fleet (1,500+ aircraft). He was recently involved in the airline’s landmark order for over 250 new aircrafts from Boeing, Airbus and Embraer.

Prior to joining American, Ryan held various finance and marketing roles throughout the aviation industry, including in the jet engines division of the General Electric Company (GE), Morten Beyer & Agnew, and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international studies from SMU, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
