In addition to his pioneering work with SteadiSpoon, Raleigh is the Founder of Sister Shaq's Tea, a socially conscious beverage company based in Austin, Texas. Since July 2019, Raleigh has led the company in crafting unique products with American-grown tea and zero-glycemic sweetener, while also supporting anti-human trafficking efforts through collaborations and donations. Under Raleigh's guidance, Sister Shaq's Tea has experienced remarkable growth, with revenues increasing by over 200% annually through strategic product expansions and omnichannel marketing strategies.

As the Director of US Partnerships at MedKitDoc, Raleigh played a pivotal role in fostering collaborations and alliances within the healthcare sector. During his tenure from April 2023 to January 2024, Raleigh's efforts contributed to enhancing healthcare access and delivery in Dallas County, Texas.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Raleigh gained valuable experience in corporate settings. Raleigh received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the SMU Cox School of Business in 2023.
