Key Responsibilities of an ILP leader
- Assist with the organization and execution of ISSS events

Participate in triweekly meetings and mandatory events

Support new and current students by addressing their questions

- Collaborate effectively with peers during events and monthly ILP meetings
Eligibility Requirements include:
- Must have completed at least one semester at SMU and be a current undergraduate or graduate student
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 and in good standing with the university
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to engaging with the SMU community
- Willingness to fully participate in program activities, including required trainings and events (with advance notice)
- Position requires in-person participation; remote work is not available
- Must be on campus and available to work at SMU from August 15th
