Online Production Services (OPS)
The OPS team is responsible for the end-to-end design and development of online and hybrid courses and programs within SMU Global, Online and Continuing Education. Their services include course planning, design, and updating, multimedia production, accessibility improvement, closed captioning, and Quality Matters review and training.
