HIGH: Both hospital and stand-alone emergency rooms typically have high costs due to their lower wait times, 24-hour accessibility, and their ability to treat complex cases.

Virtually chat with doctors on your phone, tablet, or laptop anytime anywhere using telehealth. this is a great option if you have a non-life-threatening medical issue, but still need to speak to a medical provider. Telehealth can be used for things like cough/cold, rashes, UTIs, sinus infections, headaches, pink eye, etc. Doctors can provide a diagnosis and even prescribe medication over the phone.

For students on the health insurance plan:

  • $0/ visit through AHP Live Care
  • On the app, click "sign-up" and proceed to fill out registration information. When asked for insurance, select Skip This Step and enter service key AHPFREE.

For students NOT on the student health insurance plan:
