Nominations are encouraged from students, supervisors, employees, co-workers or colleagues who wish to honor a staff member with one of the four Presidential Recognition Awards.
Nominees must:

Be a part-time or full-time benefit-eligible SMU staff employee

Be in good standing at the University

Meet all criteria outlined for each of the awards
Strong nominations will include:

A Nomination Form for Presidential Recognition Award

A written statement of the nominee’s work which includes emphasis on all criteria of the award

A maximum of two additional letters of support for the nomination
