Luke Miller
Graduate Student in Systematic Theology
Luke Miller is a first year Ph.D. student in Systematic Theology. His interests lie at the intersection of doctrine of God and masculinity. His work seeks to identify how theologies of glory and destructive patriarchal notions of manhood can be mutually reinforcing while offering a constructive counter vision of masculinity inspired by theologies of the cross. Luke is also an aspirant for Holy Orders in the Episcopal Church. He holds a Master of Divinity and Certificate in Anglican Studies from Beeson Divinity School, a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
A native West Virginian, Luke now resides in East Dallas with wife, Mary Kate, and their cat, George. Luke and Mary Kate enjoy traveling, good food, and time with friends. A former high school football coach, Luke spends too much time following the sport that was his first love.
