Biographical Note:

Fiona Hill served as the national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia on the National Intelligence Council from 2006 to 2009. She was also deputy assistant to the president and senior director for European and Russian affairs on the National Security Council from 2017 to 2019. Hill holds a Ph.D. in History from Harvard University and is currently a senior fellow for foreign policy at the Brookings Institution’s Center on the United States and Europe.
