Post Jobs on SMU 12twenty

Employers are encouraged to set up an account on 12twenty, SMU’s primary career services platform for its students and alumni. Once your account is approved, you’ll be permitted to post available job and internship opportunities at your discretion. SMU 12twenty is open to all students and graduates from each of the University’s eight schools, so postings have the broadest possible reach within the SMU community. Instructions on how to create an account and utilize the platform are also available here.

Host an Internship for Students with Diverse Identities

Employers may apply to offer a summer 2024 internship through the SMU Hegi Family Career Development Center’s DEI Internship Program for undergraduate students. If your application is selected, the Hegi Center will offer a concierge service to collect intern application materials, conduct interviews and match your position to an intern. Employer partners will be responsible for creating a comprehensive onboarding and training experience, providing supervision and evaluations for intern work, and facilitating payroll. Funding provided by the Hegi Family Career Development Center may also be available on a limited basis for selected internships at non-profit organizations.

The application for hosting a summer 2024 internship will be available in the late fall. To receive more information on this program, email meadowscareer@smu.edu.
