
Divya Lal
Divya Lal joined the Deason Center in December 2024 as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, she supports the Center’s mission by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and creating content to amplify the Center’s research and impact.
Lal holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, where she attended as a Terry Foundation Scholar and was recognized as the top student in the marketing department.
Lal's previous experience includes digital marketing roles in higher education, nonprofit outreach, and corporate branding. She has worked both in the U.S. and abroad, including as a Digital Marketing Manager in Dublin, Ireland, bringing a diverse and global perspective to her marketing approach. Passionate about the intersection of marketing and social impact, Lal brings a data-driven and creative approach to advancing the Deason Center’s marketing initiatives.
