Anna Sims
Anna Sims is a culture writer and editor with work in Boston Magazine, Electric Literature, Shondaland, The Millions, Dame, San Diego Magazine, Massachusetts Lawyers Journal, and New York Family Magazine, among others. She was previously an associate editor at the Warren Group, a publishing company in Boston. Her essay “On ‘Booksmart’ Rewriting the Narrative of the Teenage Girl,” was included in the 2024 anthology Isn't She Great: Writers on Women-Led Comedies from ‘9 to 5’ to ‘Booksmart.’ Sims studied journalism and English at Boston University and received her M.F.A. in creative writing from Emerson College.
